A community shaping the Global Biodiversity Score

Created in 2016, the Business for Positive Biodiversity Club (B4B+ Club) brings together over 45 companies, financial institutions, and consultancies committed to measuring and reducing their biodiversity footprint.

Originally created to co-develop the Global Biodiversity Score (GBS), the Club has since evolved into a global ecosystem where members share experiences, follow the latest regulatory and market developments, and contribute to innovative projects on biodiversity footprinting.

Take part in a collaborative hub for biodiversity impact and strategy

Members meet regularly through:

  • One high level plenary event
  • Stakeholder working groups (corporates, financial institutions, consultancies), twice a year per group
  • Thematic working groups on sectorial challenges (agriculture and food in 2025; construction and textile in 2026) and on biodiversity credits
  • An international working group for global members focusing on biodiversity footprinting

This organisation ensures that members can collaborate with peers facing the same challenges and tailor discussions to their sectoral priorities.
